AI training that ends with something working
Most AI training is slides, tips and a list of tools. People nod, go back to their desks, and are doing things the old way by Wednesday.
Our workshops work the other way round. Before the session, each person picks one task they do every week: answering a type of email, writing up meeting notes, building a quote, checking a document. In the room, they build an AI helper for that task, on their own work, with us beside them. By the end, it's doing part of their job.
A few of the helpers people build in one session:
- A front desk helper that drafts replies to booking emails in the clinic's own tone.
- A site notes helper that turns a project manager's voice memo into a tidy daily log.
- A sales prep helper that writes a one-page brief on a prospect before a call.
- A bookkeeping helper that sorts receipts into categories and flags the odd ones.
Everything is in plain English, and nobody needs to code. We also cover the part most courses skip: which company information is fine to use with AI, which isn't, and how to check AI output before it reaches a customer.
Workshop formats
2-hour intro: AI for your whole team
For teams starting out. A short, honest look at what AI does well and badly, the rules for using it safely with company data, then everyone builds one helper for a real task. It suits a staff meeting or a lunch-and-learn.
Half-day build session
For a team that shares a process, like sales, admin or a front desk. We map one process together, build the AI helper for it, test it on your real files, and agree how the team will use it. You leave with a working helper the team can use the next morning.
A half-day might run like this:
- First hour: what AI does well and badly, and the data rules for your company.
- Second hour: map the process on a whiteboard and pick the steps AI should take.
- Third hour: build the helper and test it on real files until it gets them right.
- Last half hour: agree who uses it, who checks its work, and which job comes next.
Team offsite or keynote
For leadership teams, company offsites, associations and meetups. We show how a lean company runs on AI employees, with our real setup on screen: the inbox desk, the overnight checks, the morning brief. Where the room allows, a short hands-on part follows.
Every format runs on site at your office or at a venue you choose.

Book a callWho our AI workshops are for
- Owners and managers who want to see where AI fits before spending money on it.
- Front desk and admin teams buried in email, scheduling and data entry.
- Sales teams that need faster follow-up and cleaner CRM records.
- Trades and logistics offices handling quotes, dispatch and paperwork.
- Clinics and professional firms that need careful rules about client information.
Mixed rooms work well. An owner can sit next to the front desk and the sales lead, each building a helper for their own work, and everyone sees where AI fits across the business.
This is not a certificate course or deep technical training. If that's what you need, a college or university program is a better fit, and we'll gladly point you to one.
What your team leaves with
- A working AI helper on their own work, built in the session.
- Clear rules for using AI with company and customer data.
- A shortlist of next jobs for AI, ranked by the hours they would save.
- A path for the bigger jobs. Some tasks are worth more than a helper. Those can become an AI employee, a voice agent that answers your phone, or a custom tool or dashboard, which we can build with you.
On site across Metro Vancouver
We come to you. Workshops run at offices, shops and job sites across Vancouver, Surrey and Burnaby, and in Richmond, Coquitlam, New Westminster, North Vancouver, Delta, Langley and White Rock. For teams outside the Lower Mainland, we can run sessions over video.
A session in a Surrey trades office looks different from one in a Burnaby tech team's meeting room, so we build every example around your industry, your tools and the words your team uses.
Before the day, we spend 30 minutes with you on your team, your tools and the tasks that eat the most time, so the session is built around your business. You get a written plan for the workshop and one clear price.
Why learn AI from people who run on it
We teach what we use every day. Aitoflo runs on 35 AI employees, with more than 70 scheduled jobs between them. Our Secretary works the inbox every 3 minutes and drafts replies for a person to send. Our Inspector checks every AI employee every 30 minutes. Our chief of staff, Trejon, checks with our founder before anything reaches a customer.
That is also the first rule we teach: AI drafts, a person sends. Our Secretary's own note from 25 Sep 2026 puts it in four words: “Draft reply, nothing sent.”
Aitoflo was founded by Gurleen Khurana, who has built with AI since 2022. Since then we've built voice agents, the voice AI platform Verbeo, the AI product photography studio Cherry Shot, and AI video ad campaigns for Lodha, Max Estates and Hero Homes, among India's largest real-estate developers. In a workshop, that experience turns into practical answers to the questions your team actually has.
