Who we are
Aitoflo is a trade name of 1414618 B.C. Ltd., 250-997 Seymour St, Vancouver, BC V6B 3M1, Canada. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
What we collect
- What you send us. Your name, email, phone and message when you email, call or book a meeting.
- Bookings. Meetings are booked through Cal.com, which shares the details you enter with us.
- Site analytics. We use Google Analytics and the Meta pixel to understand which pages are useful and to measure our ads. They use cookies and collect things like pages visited, device type and approximate location.
- Your choices on the page. If you use "make it yours" on the homepage, your choices are saved in your own browser only, so the page remembers them next time.
How we use it
To reply to you, prepare for our call, deliver work you hire us for, and improve the site. We don't sell personal information. We only send marketing email to people who asked for it or where Canada's anti-spam law allows it, and every message has a working unsubscribe.
Client data in AI projects
When we build AI for your business, your data stays in accounts you own wherever possible. Each AI employee gets only the access its job needs, and we sign a written agreement covering what we may access and for how long.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email gurleen@aitoflo.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
