Why we build AI that does the work
We started in 2022 building automations for clients, one task at a time. Each project pushed the AI a little further: from answering a question, to booking the appointment, to following up, to writing the report. Today we build AI that does a whole job inside a business.
We don't sell decks or strategy documents. We build the thing, put it to work on your real calls, emails and data, and stay until it runs without you thinking about it.
Voice AI came first
Our first big area was voice. We built Verbeo, a voice AI calling platform for live conversations, outbound campaigns and follow-ups by email and text after every call. The voice agents we build answer calls, qualify leads and book appointments, and some of them handle millions of calls.
AI films and photos for big brands
AI isn't only for back offices. We've produced AI video ad campaigns for some of India's largest real-estate developers, including Lodha, Max Estates and Hero Homes, and AI catalog photography for fashion brands under Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail.
That work became Cherry Shot, our AI product photography studio, where brands upload a product and get studio-quality photos and videos. It has made more than 16,000 images for over 650 sign-ups.
How we run: 35 AI employees
Our company runs on SAGE, a system of AI employees we built. There are 35 of them. Each has a job title, a boss, a schedule and a written rule it never breaks.
Our chief of staff is an AI called Trejon. It runs the team, hands work to the right desk, and checks with a person before anything goes out to a customer. Other AI employees work the inbox, call new leads, run our SEO, check every system every 30 minutes and tidy the team's memory overnight. People stay in charge of anything outward-facing and anything that costs money.
That's how a small team gets through the work of a much bigger one. It's also our best demo: everything we build for clients, we run on ourselves first.
Our founder, Gurleen Khurana
Aitoflo was founded by Gurleen Khurana (Gurleen Singh Khurana), a Vancouver AI consultant and builder. He has built with AI since 2022, founded Verbeo and Cherry Shot, and designed SAGE, the AI employee system the company runs on.
