AI for realtors that answers while you're showing.

An AI assistant for real estate agents and teams in Metro Vancouver. It answers listing calls, books showings, follows up every lead until they're ready, and helps make listing videos. You stay the advisor.

An AI assistant for real estate agents

Real estate runs on speed and follow-up. A buyer calls about a listing while you're in a showing across town. A lead from an open house goes cold because nobody texted on day four. A seller wants a weekly update, and you write it at 11 p.m.

An AI assistant takes those jobs. It answers calls about your listings, books showings, follows up with every lead for as long as they need, and drafts the updates you send. You stay the advisor: pricing, negotiation, contracts and anything a client relies on your licence for.

We build it for one agent, a team or a whole brokerage, on the tools you already use. Like every AI employee we build, it has a role, a boss (you), a schedule and a never-rule, such as "never give an opinion on price."

Listing calls and showing booking

When someone calls the number on your sign or listing, the AI voice agent picks up in seconds. It answers from your listing sheet: strata fee, parking, year built, pet rules, distance to the nearest SkyTrain. Then it offers showing times that fit your calendar and the seller's rules, such as 24 hours' notice for a tenanted unit, books the slot and texts the address and instructions.

It also asks the questions you would: are they working with a realtor, are they pre-approved, what's their timeline. Buyers who already have an agent get the showing arranged through that agent. The call summary is in your CRM before you're back in the car.

Callers can talk to it in English, Punjabi, Hindi, Mandarin, Korean, French or Filipino. Cantonese isn't supported on live calls, so Cantonese-speaking callers get a quick callback from you or your team.

Lead follow-up that keeps going

Most leads aren't ready this week. The agent who is still in touch in month three usually gets the call. An AI employee can keep that going without you writing every message.

Here's how follow-up might run for a buyer lead from an open house. You set the timing and the tone.

When What the AI does
Within 5 minutes Texts a thank-you and the feature sheet, and asks what they're looking for.
Day 2 Sends three listings that match what they said.
Week 2 Checks in: still looking, any change in budget or area?
Monthly Sends new listings and a short market note for their target neighbourhood.
Any reply Answers simple questions, and books a call with you when they're ready to talk.

It only contacts people who reached out to you or agreed to hear from you, and it stops the moment someone asks. Past clients can get a light touch too: a note on the anniversary of their purchase, or an update on their street, so you stay the agent they think of first.

When you want to see it all in one place, a listing tracker shows every listing, showing and lead that needs a call today.

AI listing videos and marketing

We've made AI video ad campaigns for Lodha, Max Estates and Hero Homes, among India's largest real-estate developers. We bring the same skills to Vancouver listings and agent brands: short vertical videos built from your real listing photos, neighbourhood intros and social media ads, with a voiceover in the languages your buyers speak.

Rules keep it honest. BC's real estate regulator, BCFSA, says in its Artificial Intelligence Guideline (February 2024) that photos or videos that have been altered or enhanced, such as virtual staging, should be labelled so buyers aren't misled, and that licensees must check AI-written content for accuracy before publishing. So the home itself is always shown as it is, any AI-made or altered scene is labelled, and you approve every description and video before it goes live.

The same guideline asks agents to get client consent before client information goes into an AI tool, to check how AI providers handle data, and to tell clients when an AI is answering for them while they're unavailable. We set up accounts in your name or your brokerage's wherever we can, show you where the data goes, and have your assistant say it's an AI from the first line.

What stays with you, and how we start

  • Price opinions, offers, negotiation and contracts.
  • Questions about the property's condition beyond the listing sheet.
  • Advice outside your licence, which the AI never gives.
  • Any message to a client that isn't on the plan you approved.

Start with a free 30-minute call with our team. We'll look at where your leads come from and where they drop off, then send a written plan for one job with one clear price. For a solo agent, listing calls are often the best first job; for a team, lead follow-up.

We work in person across Vancouver, Surrey, Burnaby and the rest of Metro Vancouver. For brokerages, we run hands-on workshops where every agent builds their own AI helpers on their own listings and leads.

Questions

AI for realtors: common questions

Can an AI assistant answer listing calls for a realtor?

Yes. It answers calls about your listings from the listing sheet you give it, books showings into your calendar within the seller's rules, asks whether the caller is working with an agent or is pre-approved, and texts the details. It says it's an AI assistant, and anything about price or offers goes to you.

Will AI follow-up feel like spam to my leads?

Not if it's set up well. It only contacts people who reached out to you or agreed to hear from you, stops the moment someone asks, and sends useful things: listings that match what they said, a check-in when their plans may have changed. You write the tone and approve the plan before it starts.

Can you make AI listing videos?

Yes. We've made AI video ad campaigns for Lodha, Max Estates and Hero Homes, among India's largest real-estate developers. For a listing we build short videos from your real photos, add neighbourhood scenes and voiceover, and label anything AI-made or altered. You approve every video before it's posted.

Are BC realtors allowed to use AI?

Yes, with care. BCFSA's AI guideline (February 2024) keeps licensees accountable for AI output: label altered photos and videos, check AI-written content before publishing, protect client information, and tell clients when an AI answers while you're unavailable. We set the assistant up around those points. For specifics, ask your managing broker.

Does this work for a team or a whole brokerage?

Yes. For a team, the assistant can route each lead to the right agent and keep a shared follow-up plan. For a brokerage, we can set up assistants per agent under one set of rules your managing broker approves, and run a hands-on workshop so every agent builds their own helpers.
